Bryan Crowson
Principal Elementary
My name is Bryan Crowson, and I am proud to be the principal of Boggess Elementary. I completed my undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and received my master’s degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
My educational philosophy is rooted in doing what is in the best interest of students. One of my favorite quotes is, “They don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” As such, building relationships is crucial in my work with students. The Boggess Elementary Team and I strive to make a difference in the lives of our students each day.
Relationships are also key in my personal life, and when I am not fulfilling my principal responsibilities, I try to spend as much time with family and friends as possible. Together, we enjoy traveling, running, golfing, and being outdoors in any capacity. I also enjoy watching and following sports, most of all football.
I look forward to working alongside our staff, families, and community to ensure the success of our students.
Wilma Sifonte Diaz

Hi! My name is Wilma Sifonte, and I am a proud Bengal! I have been an educator for 25 years, 12 of those in Plano ISD. Before becoming an administrator, I taught high school, K-5, and was an Instructional Support Teacher. I always knew I wanted to be an educator and every day I feel like I'm living my dream!
I live in Allen with my husband Amaury, who is also a Plano ISD teacher. When we are not in school, we enjoy long walks, hiking, and traveling. During the school year, we enjoy a great book, listening to different kinds of music and visiting the DMA.
I look forward to getting to know the Boggess community and to working together to empower our children.
