Physical Education (PE)
PE teachers believe that physical education should be a key part of every student’s experience in Plano ISD. When kids feel good about their physical development and have confidence, they tend to do better in school and life overall. A good PE program should offer a mix of activities that teach skills with lasting benefits. The program should motivate students by offering activities at all skill levels where they can succeed. It should also be progressive, with challenges that increase over time. Ultimately, PE helps students get fit, improve motor skills, build social awareness, and set the foundation for lifelong health.
