My name is Maya Aguilar, and I am so thrilled to be teaching 4th grade this year! I was born in Dallas and have lived most of my life in Wylie. I graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2023, and this is my third-year teaching. I previously taught 2nd grade for two years before joining the Boggess team. One of my favorite things about teaching is seeing the growth that students make throughout the year. I love teaching in Plano ISD, and I am looking forward to another year full of growth and fun. 

In my free time, I enjoy baking, photography, and spending time with my dog.

This is my first year at Boggess and I am excited to be joining the Bengal family.
