As a graduate of Plano Senior High, I have come full circle back to teaching here in Plano for the last 13 years. I started my journey teaching with Lewisville ISD and Highland Park ISD, and when my two boys were ready for school, we all started our adventure with Plano ISD. My older son attends the University of Alabama (Roll Tide), and my younger son attends the University of Montana

My destiny is teaching, and I look forward to it every day. I am so thankful for all the students' lives I have inspired. Building long-time connections has been one of my favorite parts of my career. Before education, I studied Psychology and Children's Play Therapy, but the classroom is where my heart belongs.

For fun, I love running, tennis, working out, traveling, a yummy steak dinner, and watching sports.
